1. Assist in the coordination and execution of promotions and special programs.
2. Ensure all marketing and Client Development Management (CDM) implementations adhere to Dior's brand image and guidelines.
3. Support the organization of CDM events.
4. Maintain constant communication with the Retail team to assist with projects and corporate communication needs.
5. Collaborate with various departments to support company initiatives and special projects.
6. Address and manage client complaints related to service and other issues.
7. Monitor and manage relationships with third-party collaborators, such as hospitality and wine companies.
8. Oversee gift stock management, including receiving, delivery, distribution, and auditing with boutique teams.
9. Coordinate event and client treatment logistics between boutiques, suppliers, and the office.
10. Prepare event and gifting reports, including photographic documentation and feedback collection from boutique teams.
11. Prepare payment documents for all CDM-related expenses.
12. Utilize digital tools to collect feedback and manage incident requests for Dior Star and Dior Nova.
