1. Assist in managing and running recurring zone-level client reports.
2. Collaborate with internal partners for additional reporting and list needs.
3. Create ad hoc reporting dashboards, decks, and insights using internal data platforms.
4. Support User Acceptance Tests (UATs) when implementing new tools.
5. Help with migrating reports from Excel to Business Intelligence (BI) Visualization Tools.
6. Assist with client database hygiene, report maintenance, and accuracy.
7. Manage weekly client reallocation and merging projects using CRM tools.
8. Partner with regional teams to ensure data accuracy across boutiques and client advisors' reports.
9. Update the client data dictionary.

1. At least 6 months of prior experience.
2. Available to work full-time from June 2026 through July 2027.
3. Background in luxury retail is preferred.
4. Proficient in all Microsoft Office programs, especially Excel.
5. Knowledge of Salesforce is a plus.

2. Excellent project management and organizational skills.
3. Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written.
4. Ability to make autonomous decisions in a timely manner.
5. Strong time management skills and prioritization.

At least 6 months of prior experience in a relevant field.

$20 per hour, plus potential eligibility for medical benefits, commuter benefits, and 401k plans with employer contributions.
