1. Participate in a comprehensive training program in collaboration with Università Ca’ Foscari Venezia, Istituto dei Mestieri d’Eccellenza LVMH, and LVMH Maisons.
2. Engage in 1500 hours of mandatory training, including 510 hours of lectures, 150 hours of personal study, and 840 hours of internship within an LVMH Maison store.
3. Attend Master Classes on sales excellence and customer experience in the luxury sector.
4. Participate in store visits and discussions with sales experts at LVMH Maison stores.

1. Possession of at least an Italian Laurea Triennale or equivalent.
2. Proficiency in Italian and English at a C1 level.
3. Sensitivity to luxury and customer service.
4. Basic knowledge of a third language such as Mandarin, Russian, Japanese, Thai, Korean, or Arabic.

2. Ability to deliver exceptional customer service.
3. Keen attention to detail and a passion for luxury goods.
4. Adaptability and eagerness to learn in a fast-paced environment.

No prior experience required; open to unemployed participants.

Italian Laurea Triennale or equivalent.

Participants will gain a first-level University Master's degree and benefit from a theoretical-practical training program, including an internship with LVMH Maisons such as Bulgari, Christian Dior, Fendi, Loro Piana, Louis Vuitton, and Sephora.
