1. Develop and structure the global procurement organization, prioritizing key areas.
2. Conduct in-depth market analysis and align procurement strategies with the luxury industry's trends and the brand's strategic objectives.
3. Understand and address the procurement needs of various departments including design, production, marketing, finance, and HR.
4. Define strategic procurement objectives in alignment with the overall goals of Christian Dior Couture.
5. Establish a detailed action plan with measurable objectives, timelines, and clear responsibilities.
6. Communicate procurement strategies to stakeholders and secure their buy-in.
7. Implement necessary policies, procedures, and tools to support procurement strategies.
8. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure goal attainment.
9. Identify and evaluate potential suppliers to meet the brand's quality, price, and sustainability requirements.
10. Conduct supplier audits and evaluations to ensure compliance with Christian Dior Couture's standards.
11. Negotiate favorable purchasing conditions with suppliers, including pricing, payment terms, and confidentiality clauses.
12. Draft precise contracts in collaboration with the Legal Department to protect the brand's interests.
13. Implement a supplier performance tracking system based on key metrics.
14. Analyze existing procurement processes to identify weaknesses and opportunities for improvement.
15. Deploy e-procurement tools to automate purchasing processes, enhance transparency, and reduce costs.
16. Define clear and measurable CSR criteria for supplier selection in collaboration with the Sustainability Department.
17. Evaluate suppliers' CSR performance and prioritize those meeting high social and environmental standards.
18. Reduce energy and water consumption in procurement processes and minimize waste and greenhouse gas emissions.
19. Identify procurement-related risks to the brand and defend its interests in collaboration with the Legal Department.
20. Ensure legal and financial compliance, safeguarding the brand's reputation.

1. Minimum 15 years of experience in procurement, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
2. Master's degree in Procurement, Supply Chain, Business, or Finance.
3. Professional certification in procurement (CIPS, ISM) is advantageous.
4. Significant experience in the luxury sector, preferably in fashion or leather goods.
5. Excellent knowledge of luxury markets and suppliers.
6. Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
7. Proficiency in e-procurement tools and technologies.
8. Ability to develop and implement procurement strategies.
9. Leadership and team management capabilities.
10. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
11. Analytical skills and problem-solving ability.
12. Fluency in English; proficiency in Italian is a plus.
13. Results-oriented with a client-focused approach.
14. Ability to work collaboratively across various business functions.
