- Lead and manage the finance teams, including accounting, sales administration, and industrial management control.
- Ensure the quality of monthly closings and analyze financial results reported to Christian Dior Couture and LVMH.
- Oversee the budgeting processes, coordinating with various departments and sharing insights with company and Business Unit leadership.
- Enhance dashboards and indicators based on current events and operational needs.
- Evaluate and improve internal controls according to Group standards.
- Manage administrative aspects of insurance, contracts, and regulatory declarations.
- Drive finance function transformation projects, including digitalization and tool optimization.
- Support the Executive Management in strategic company projects.
- Advanced degree in finance, accounting, business school, or engineering (Master's level).
- Minimum of 10-15 years in financial roles, including 5 years in team management.
- Previous experience as a CFO within an executive committee is advantageous.
- Proficiency in French and IFRS accounting standards.
- Strong industrial management control and financial reporting skills.
- Ability to lead financial projects and support transformation initiatives.
- Resilience, negotiation skills, analytical thinking, and organizational acumen.
- Fluency in French and English, both spoken and written.
A minimum of 10 years in financial roles, with at least 5 years in a managerial capacity.
Master's degree in finance, accounting, business, or engineering.
