1. Welcome and ensure optimal client satisfaction throughout the service in the restaurant, café, and patisserie.
2. Oversee billing processes in collaboration with the hierarchical manager.
3. Promote the venue and its culinary events.
4. Set up, maintain, and supervise the assigned section of the venue.
5. Advise clients to enhance their experience and optimize sales.
6. Take orders, ensure accurate transmission, and serve food and beverages following restaurant procedures.
7. Ensure the alignment of prepared dishes with orders, maintaining quality standards.
8. Clear and reset tables efficiently.
9. Present bills and process payments according to procedures.
10. Promote available services and products within the venue.
11. Perform cleaning tasks as per restaurant protocols.
12. Supervise assigned staff and ensure optimal minibar stocking.
13. Participate in inventory management and linen handling.
14. Contribute to wine cellar management.
15. Facilitate internal communication and report any safety concerns.

1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in luxury dining as a Chef de Rang.

1. Strong service orientation and attention to detail.
2. Creativity and excellent interpersonal skills.
3. Organizational and anticipatory abilities.
4. Fluency in French and English; knowledge of a third language is advantageous.
