1. Welcome and attend to clients in the restaurant following established procedures.
2. Ensure optimal client satisfaction throughout the service.
3. Manage billing processes in coordination with the hierarchical supervisor.
4. Promote the restaurant's offerings and events at 30 Montaigne.
5. Set up, maintain, and oversee the designated area of the restaurant.
6. Advise clients to ensure complete satisfaction and contribute to revenue optimization.
7. Participate in order taking, transmission, and service of food and beverages.
8. Ensure the alignment of prepared dishes with client orders while maintaining quality standards.
9. Clear and reset tables according to restaurant procedures.
10. Present bills and process payments following restaurant protocols.
11. Promote various services and products available at the restaurants and 30 Montaigne.
12. Perform cleaning tasks as per restaurant procedures.
13. Supervise assigned staff.
14. Ensure optimal minibar supply according to restaurant procedures.
15. Participate in inventory management.
16. Manage linen setup, renewal, and supply.
17. Assist in cellar management.
18. Facilitate internal communication and information flow within the service.
19. Adhere to hygiene and safety regulations.
20. Report any unusual situations concerning safety or accident risks to the hierarchy.

1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in luxury restaurant service as a Chef de Rang.

1. Strong service orientation and attention to detail.
2. Creativity and excellent interpersonal skills.
3. Organizational, anticipatory, and follow-up abilities.
4. Fluency in French and English; knowledge of a third language is advantageous.

A minimum of 3 years of experience in a luxury dining establishment as a Chef de Rang is required.
