- Welcome and attend to clients in the restaurant following established procedures.
- Ensure optimal client satisfaction throughout the service.
- Manage billing processes in coordination with the hierarchical supervisor.
- Promote the restaurant's offerings and events at 30 Montaigne.
- Set up, maintain, and oversee the designated area of the restaurant.
- Advise clients to ensure complete satisfaction and contribute to revenue optimization.
- Participate in order taking, transmission, and service of food and beverages.
- Ensure the alignment of prepared dishes with client orders while maintaining quality standards.
- Clear and reset tables according to restaurant procedures.
- Present bills and process payments following restaurant protocols.
- Promote various services and products available at the restaurants and 30 Montaigne.
- Perform cleaning tasks as per restaurant procedures.
- Supervise assigned staff.
- Ensure optimal minibar supply according to restaurant procedures.
- Participate in inventory management.
- Manage linen setup, renewal, and supply.
- Assist in cellar management.
- Facilitate internal communication and information flow within the service.
- Adhere to hygiene and safety regulations.
- Report any unusual situations concerning safety or accident risks to the hierarchy.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in luxury restaurant service as a Chef de Rang.
- Strong service orientation and attention to detail.
- Creativity and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Organizational, anticipatory, and follow-up abilities.
- Fluency in French and English; knowledge of a third language is advantageous.
A minimum of 3 years of experience in a luxury dining establishment as a Chef de Rang is required.
