1. Welcome and attend to guests in the dining area, ensuring optimal satisfaction throughout their visit.
2. Oversee billing processes with the approval of the hierarchical superior.
3. Promote the dining venues and culinary events at 30 Montaigne.
4. Set up, maintain, and inspect assigned sections of the dining area.
5. Advise guests to ensure complete satisfaction and contribute to sales optimization.
6. Manage order taking, transmission, and service of dishes and beverages according to restaurant standards.
7. Ensure alignment between kitchen-prepared dishes and customer orders, maintaining quality standards.
8. Clear and reset tables as per restaurant procedures.
9. Present bills and process payments following restaurant protocols.
10. Promote various services and products available within the dining venues and at 30 Montaigne.
11. Perform cleaning tasks according to restaurant procedures.
12. Supervise assigned personnel.
13. Ensure optimal minibar stocking (for room service) as per restaurant procedures.
14. Participate in inventory management.
15. Assist in linen management (setup, renewal, supply).
16. Contribute to wine cellar management.
17. Facilitate internal communication and information sharing within the service.
18. Adhere to hygiene and safety regulations.
19. Report any abnormal situations regarding safety or potential accidents involving clients or colleagues to the hierarchy.

1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in luxury dining as a Chef de Rang.

2. Creativity and excellent interpersonal skills.
3. Organizational, anticipatory, and follow-up abilities.
4. Fluency in French and English; knowledge of a third language is advantageous.

A minimum of 3 years in a luxury dining establishment as a Chef de Rang is required.
