- Welcome and attend to guests in the dining area, ensuring optimal satisfaction throughout their visit.
- Oversee billing processes with the approval of the hierarchical superior.
- Promote the dining venues and culinary events at 30 Montaigne.
- Set up, maintain, and inspect assigned sections of the dining area.
- Advise guests to ensure complete satisfaction and contribute to sales optimization.
- Manage order taking, transmission, and service of dishes and beverages according to restaurant standards.
- Ensure alignment between kitchen-prepared dishes and customer orders, maintaining quality standards.
- Clear and reset tables as per restaurant procedures.
- Present bills and process payments following restaurant protocols.
- Promote various services and products available within the dining venues and at 30 Montaigne.
- Perform cleaning tasks according to restaurant procedures.
- Supervise assigned personnel.
- Ensure optimal minibar stocking (for room service) as per restaurant procedures.
- Participate in inventory management.
- Assist in linen management (setup, renewal, supply).
- Contribute to wine cellar management.
- Facilitate internal communication and information sharing within the service.
- Adhere to hygiene and safety regulations.
- Report any abnormal situations regarding safety or potential accidents involving clients or colleagues to the hierarchy.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in luxury dining as a Chef de Rang.
- Strong service orientation and attention to detail.
- Creativity and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Organizational, anticipatory, and follow-up abilities.
- Fluency in French and English; knowledge of a third language is advantageous.
A minimum of 3 years in a luxury dining establishment as a Chef de Rang is required.
