1. Ensure impeccable service in accordance with restaurant procedures.
2. Guarantee the preparation of dishes as per directives from superiors.
3. Maintain the freshness and quality of products.
4. Manage perishable goods efficiently according to restaurant protocols.
5. Oversee culinary production.
6. Deliver high-quality dishes presented aesthetically to enhance the venue while optimizing costs.
7. Assemble and plate dishes.
8. Maintain cleanliness and upkeep of facilities and equipment following HACCP standards.
9. Receive goods in compliance with HACCP protocols and house procedures.
10. Organize storage of goods in cold rooms or storerooms.
11. Report any 'abnormal' situations related to safety or potential accidents to superiors.
12. Supervise and provide operational support to Commis and Demi-Chefs de Partie.
13. Welcome and train new team members.

1. Previous experience as a Chef de Partie in a luxury establishment.
2. Strong attention to detail and a well-developed sense of service.
3. Creativity, organization, and a passion for teamwork.
