1. Ensure impeccable service in accordance with restaurant procedures.
2. Guarantee the preparation of dishes following directives from superiors.
3. Maintain the freshness and quality of ingredients.
4. Manage perishable goods efficiently as per restaurant protocols.
5. Oversee culinary production.
6. Deliver high-quality dishes presented aesthetically to enhance the venue while optimizing costs.
7. Assemble and plate dishes.
8. Ensure the maintenance of premises and equipment in compliance with HACCP standards.
9. Receive goods following HACCP protocols and company procedures.
10. Organize storage of goods in cold rooms or storerooms.
11. Report any 'abnormal' situations regarding safety or accident risks to superiors.
12. Supervise Commis and Demi-Chefs de Partie, providing operational support.
13. Welcome and train new team members.

1. Minimum 3 years of experience as a Chef de Partie in a luxury establishment.

1. Strong attention to detail and a highly developed sense of service.
2. Creativity, organization, and teamwork.
3. Dynamism, initiative, autonomy, and a strong interest in the hospitality sector.
4. Excellent presentation and punctuality.

A minimum of 3 years of experience in a luxury culinary environment is required.
