1. Ensure impeccable service in accordance with restaurant procedures.
2. Guarantee the preparation of dishes according to directives from superiors.
3. Maintain the freshness and quality of ingredients.
4. Manage perishable goods efficiently following restaurant protocols.
5. Oversee culinary production, ensuring high-quality and aesthetically pleasing presentation of dishes while optimizing costs.
6. Assemble and plate dishes to enhance the dining experience.
7. Ensure the maintenance of premises and equipment in compliance with HACCP standards.
8. Oversee the reception of goods following HACCP protocols and company procedures.
9. Organize storage of goods in cold rooms or storerooms.
10. Report any 'abnormal' situations regarding safety or potential accidents to superiors.
11. Supervise Commis and Demi-Chefs de Partie, providing operational support.
12. Welcome and train new team members.

1. Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Chef de Partie in a luxury establishment.

4. Excellent presentation and punctuality.
