1. Ensure impeccable service in accordance with restaurant procedures.
2. Guarantee the preparation of dishes as per instructions from superiors.
3. Maintain the freshness and quality of ingredients.
4. Manage perishable goods efficiently following restaurant protocols.
5. Oversee culinary production to ensure high-quality dishes.
6. Present dishes aesthetically to enhance the dining experience while optimizing costs.
7. Assemble and plate dishes with precision.
8. Maintain cleanliness and order of the kitchen and equipment in compliance with HACCP standards.
9. Receive and store deliveries according to HACCP protocols and company procedures.
10. Report any safety or accident risks to management.
11. Supervise and provide operational support to Commis and Demi-Chefs de Partie.
12. Welcome and train new team members.
