1. Ensure impeccable service in accordance with restaurant procedures.
2. Guarantee the preparation of dishes following directives from superiors.
3. Monitor the freshness and quality of products.
4. Manage perishable goods in line with restaurant protocols.
5. Oversee culinary production.
6. Deliver high-quality dishes presented aesthetically to enhance the venue while optimizing costs.
7. Perform assembly and plating of dishes.
8. Maintain premises and equipment in compliance with HACCP standards.
9. Receive goods following HACCP protocols and company procedures.
10. Store goods in cold rooms or pantries.
11. Report any 'abnormal' situations regarding safety or accident risks to superiors.
12. Supervise Commis and Demi-Chefs de Partie, providing operational support.
13. Welcome and train new team members.

1. Previous experience as a Chef de Partie in a luxury establishment.
