1. Ensure impeccable service in accordance with restaurant procedures.
2. Guarantee the preparation of dishes following hierarchical instructions.
3. Maintain the freshness and quality of products.
4. Manage perishable goods effectively according to restaurant procedures.
5. Oversee culinary production.
6. Deliver high-quality dishes presented aesthetically to enhance the dining experience while optimizing costs.
7. Assemble and plate dishes.
8. Maintain cleanliness of premises and equipment in compliance with HACCP standards.
9. Receive goods following HACCP protocols and house procedures.
10. Store goods appropriately in cold rooms or storage areas.
11. Report any 'abnormal' situations regarding safety or accident risks to management.
12. Supervise Commis and Demi-Chefs de Partie, providing operational support.
13. Welcome and train new team members.

1. Previous experience as a Chef de Partie in a luxury establishment.
