1. Ensure impeccable service in accordance with restaurant procedures.
2. Guarantee the preparation of dishes as instructed by superiors.
3. Maintain the freshness and quality of products.
4. Manage perishable goods in line with restaurant procedures.
5. Oversee culinary production.
6. Deliver high-quality, aesthetically presented dishes to enhance the dining experience while optimizing costs.
7. Assemble and plate dishes.
8. Maintain the cleanliness of premises and equipment in compliance with HACCP standards.
9. Receive goods following HACCP protocols and company procedures.
10. Organize perishables in cold storage or pantry.
11. Report any 'abnormal' situations regarding safety or potential accidents to superiors.
12. Supervise Commis and Demi-Chefs de Partie, providing operational support.
13. Welcome and train new team members.

1. Minimum 3 years of experience in a luxury establishment as a Chef de Partie.
