1. Lead and develop a team of three, ensuring skill enhancement, motivation, and achievement of set objectives.
2. Ensure the effective execution of supply and distribution processes for assigned product categories, maintaining compliance with quality standards and timelines.
3. Coordinate the Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) process for specific categories, collaborating with sales planning to define critical issues and capacity strategies.
4. Propose, lead, and implement process optimization and continuous improvement initiatives at both operational and performance indicator levels.
5. Oversee category performance by monitoring, analyzing, and managing key performance indicators such as AVR, stock coverage, and fulfillment setup.

1. Approximately 8 years of experience in supply chain management, preferably within the luxury or fashion sector.
2. Proven ability to lead a team in tool adoption and distribution optimization.
3. Proactive and capable of independently driving improvement initiatives to implementation.
4. Fluent in English within a professional context.
