Christian Dior Central Supply & Distribution Planner

- Coordinate production needs by consolidating sales forecasts, stock levels, and specific requirements with industrial teams.
- Monitor and challenge deliveries, anticipate stockout risks, and communicate business priorities.
- Maintain and analyze supply chain performance indicators such as service rates, OTIF, stock coverage, and product availability.
- Contribute to the harmonization and optimization of S&OP processes, participating in short- and medium-term capacity planning.
- Oversee the launch and distribution of seasonal products from initial showroom planning to local warehouse and boutique delivery.
- Maximize product availability and optimize stock levels for permanent products, enhancing maritime transport efficiency.
- Define stock policies and manage target stock calculations by zone, coordinating product allocations and making necessary distribution decisions.
- Act as the primary contact for zone teams and business units regarding distribution matters.
- Engage in cross-functional projects to optimize supply chain tools and processes, proposing improvements and leading implementation.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in supply chain, preferably in distribution, demand, or supply planning within an international environment.
- Proficiency in IT tools and information systems, including Excel, PowerBI, and Anaplan. Expertise in PowerBI and/or Anaplan development is advantageous.
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
- Agility and ability to drive change, communicate effectively, and persuade stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and synthesis skills, with the ability to manage complex quantitative data.
- Leadership, service orientation, excellent interpersonal skills, and teamwork capability.
- Understanding of business challenges and supply chain value chain.
Minimum of 3 years in supply chain, ideally within distribution, demand, or supply planning in a demanding international environment.
