1. Ensure the successful launch of new collections across all markets while optimizing stock management.
2. Actively participate in the purchasing of new collections in the showroom, integrating distribution challenges.
3. Develop supply plans and collaborate with production to optimize launch plans.
4. Monitor deliveries and provide stakeholders with visibility on stock quality during launches.
5. Propose adjustments to launch plans considering production and distribution constraints.
6. Allocate products to different regions based on strategic priorities and business objectives.
7. Act as a key liaison with Business Units, logistics, production, and regions regarding distribution matters for assigned categories.
8. Participate actively in projects aimed at evolving distribution tools and processes.

1. Minimum of 5 years of experience in supply chain, preferably within the luxury or fashion sector.
2. Fluency in professional English.

1. Strong data analysis skills, including proficiency in Excel and PowerBI.
2. Ability to understand and master distribution tools.
3. Excellent market understanding and business acumen.
4. Strong analytical skills and ability to synthesize information.
5. Proactive problem-solving skills and innovative thinking.
6. Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective teamwork.

A minimum of 5 years in supply chain management, ideally within the luxury or fashion industry.
