1. Propose look options for direct requests from stylists or agents and market requests to the manager.
2. Prepare approved selections for fittings, ensuring all necessary materials are ready for celebrity appointments.
3. Organize and clear fitting areas post-appointment to maintain readiness for subsequent engagements.
4. Coordinate international and local shipments, including customs invoicing and courier arrangements.
5. Maintain VIP stock organization and ensure accurate tracking of all borrowed pieces using Launchmetrics.
6. Update charts to reflect current status of press looks borrowed for VIPs.
7. Facilitate garment alterations and ensure compliance with standards post-return.
8. Assist in coordinating fittings and logistics for major events such as Cannes and Venice Film Festivals.
9. Support the team during fashion show periods with fitting coordination and timely delivery of garments.
10. Manage boutique relations for piece retrieval and fitting arrangements when necessary.

1. Pursuing a degree in Communications, Fashion, or a related field.
2. Fluency in French and English.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
4. Experience with Launchmetrics (formerly FGPS) is advantageous.
5. Attributes of discretion, organization, punctuality, and teamwork.
6. Strong initiative and passion for fashion and the arts.

No prior experience required, open to beginners.

Currently enrolled in a relevant educational program.
