1. Propose look options for direct requests from stylists or agents.
2. Prepare and organize selections for fittings, ensuring readiness for celebrity appointments.
3. Manage logistics for international and local shipments, including customs documentation.
4. Maintain and organize VIP stock with co-intern.
5. Update charts for press looks borrowed for VIPs.
6. Coordinate alterations and ensure pieces are restored to standards post-return.
7. Assist in coordinating fittings and logistics for major events such as Cannes and Venice Film Festivals.
8. Support team with shopping requests and logistics during fashion shows and events.
9. Coordinate with boutiques for piece retrievals and fittings.

1. Current studies in communication, fashion, or related fields.
2. Fluency in French and English.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
4. Experience with Launchmetrics (formerly FGPS) is advantageous.

Beginner level experience is required, ideally with some exposure to Launchmetrics.
