1. Select and propose outfit options for direct requests from stylists or agents.
2. Coordinate fittings by preparing approved selections and managing post-appointment logistics.
3. Handle international and local shipments, including customs invoices, using Worldnet, DHL, and couriers.
4. Maintain VIP stock organization and ensure accurate tracking of all loaned pieces via Launchmetrics.
5. Update charts for press looks borrowed for VIPs and manage garment alterations and standards compliance.
6. Support event coordination, including fittings, logistics, and on-site team assistance during major festivals.
7. Facilitate boutique relations by securing pieces and organizing fittings when showroom options are unavailable.
8. Assist with fashion show preparations, including coordinating fittings and managing logistics.

1. Pursuing or completed a degree in communication, fashion, or related fields.
2. Fluency in French and English.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
4. Experience with Launchmetrics is advantageous.
5. Exhibit discretion, organization, punctuality, and teamwork.
6. Strong interest in fashion products and the art world.
