1. Monitor and compile media coverage for the Men's Celebrity division, including monthly celebrity reviews and event-specific reports.
2. Coordinate gift operations for celebrity birthdays and product promotions, ensuring timely delivery and logistical organization.
3. Prepare documents and presentations for the celebrity team, including visual documents for events.
4. Manage inventory and stock for celebrity gifts, ensuring accurate tracking and integration with Launchmetrics.
5. During fashion show periods, manage room arrangements, invitations, and compile guest bio-data for access.
6. Support celebrity relations by organizing outfit proposals and assisting with logistics, alterations, and VIP stock organization.

1. Pursuing a degree in communication, fashion, or a related field.
2. Fluent in French and English.
3. Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
4. Experience with Launchmetrics is advantageous.
5. Strong organizational, punctuality, and teamwork skills.
6. Discretion and autonomy with a keen interest in fashion and art.
