1. Compile and track media coverage for the Men's Celebrity division, including monthly reports, event-specific reports, and product-specific reports.
2. Coordinate gift operations for celebrity birthdays and product promotions, ensuring timely delivery and logistical coordination.
3. Prepare documents and presentations for the celebrity team, including visual documents for events and fitting recaps.
4. Manage inventory and stock for celebrity gifts, ensuring accurate records of entries and exits.
5. Support fashion show activities, including room arrangements for celebrities, invitation management, and compiling guest bio-data lists.
6. Assist in celebrity relations by preparing outfit selections for agents and stylists, supporting logistical needs, and maintaining VIP stock organization.

1. Current enrollment in a communication, fashion, or related program.
2. Fluent in French and English.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
4. Prior experience with Launchmetrics is advantageous.
5. Strong organizational skills, discretion, punctuality, and autonomy.
6. Team-oriented with a proactive approach and a keen interest in fashion products and the arts.
