Christian Dior Business Unit Financial Controller

- Participate in the construction and analysis of consolidated data for the maison, producing reports for top management and the holding company.
- Develop analyses for the direction, monitoring market trends closely.
- Prepare presentations for the annual budget and strategic plan for the holding.
- Oversee the consolidated stock, including monthly closures and KPI analysis (stock coverage, consolidated value, depreciation levels).
- Collaborate with Supply Chain teams to develop stock forecasts during budget phases.
- Engage in key structural projects related to stock involving various departments within the maison.
- Act as a business partner to operational teams (production, studio, marketing) for a product category, providing financial guidance.
- Monitor the P&L of the product category monthly, focusing on product margins and creation costs per collection.
- Calculate and optimize margins during buying sessions in collaboration with production and marketing teams.
- Assist operational teams in budget preparation.
- Degree from a business school or equivalent higher education institution.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in audit, consulting, and/or financial controlling, with significant experience in consolidated stock management and product category tracking.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Italian is advantageous.
- Strong analytical and synthesis capabilities.
- Excellent organizational and rigor skills.
- Outstanding interpersonal skills and a strong team spirit.
Minimum of 5 years in audit, consulting, and/or financial controlling, with a focus on consolidated stock management and product category tracking.
Degree from a business school or equivalent higher education institution.
