Christian Dior Business Performance Trainee

- Update daily sales trackers with actual sales data and key performance indicators, providing insightful commentary on variances and trends.
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners to coordinate product launches, key event dates, and exceptional transaction timing.
- Create executive-level presentations and summaries of sales performance versus financial objectives.
- Provide analytical and administrative support for various ad hoc projects, including markdowns, sales forecasting, and new store opening assessments.
- At least 6 months of prior experience in a relevant field.
- Availability to work full-time from July 2026 through July 2027, Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM, with remote work on Fridays.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Experience in Retail Math is advantageous.
- Strong problem-solving skills, time management, and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with tact and discretion.
- Capability to establish and maintain effective working relationships across all organizational levels.
Beginner-level experience with at least 6 months in a relevant field.
The position offers a salary of $20 per hour, with potential eligibility for medical benefits, commuter benefits, and 401k plans with employer contributions.
