Christian Dior Business Analyst

- Lead sales analysis and synthesize findings into reports and studies for top management, including weekly and monthly reports and ad-hoc analyses.
- Monitor key performance indicators, analyzing contributions by region, collection, product line, and customer data.
- Support budget presentation preparation and strategic note development.
- Collaborate with the Supply Chain team to track performance against forecasts.
- Coordinate pricing strategies in collaboration with the Pricing team, product team, and regional teams, including collection pricing and repricing activities.
- Conduct competitive pricing analysis and repricing mapping.
- Prepare summaries for top management to facilitate decision-making.
- Coordinate presentation updates during showrooms, including assortment, pre-brief, and debrief sessions, in collaboration with the Retail Merchandising team.
- Assist in preparing OTB meetings and constructing the Sales Plan.
- Manage and develop an intern.
- Participate in IT projects.
- University degree or equivalent from a business school or engineering school in Retail Management, Business Engineering, Supply Chain, or Finance.
- 3 to 5 years of prior experience in a similar role.
- Strong analytical skills and numerical acumen.
- Sensitivity to retail and business dynamics.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent synthesis and organizational capabilities.
- Strong interpersonal skills, teamwork orientation, and autonomy.
- Interest in fashion and luxury.
- Fluency in French and English.
A minimum of 5 years of experience is required.
University degree in a relevant field such as Retail Management, Business Engineering, Supply Chain, or Finance.
