Christian Dior Budget Management and Control Specialist

1. Manage administrative tasks including payment follow-ups, purchase order creation, and supplier account setup.
2. Conduct monthly financial closings.
3. Participate in budget creation and revisions using Anaplan.
4. Train VIP team interns on budget management.
5. Monitor budgets by operation type.
6. Train and supervise a department intern on zone invoicing, intercompany operations, Worldnet invoice processing, and monthly closings.
7. Coordinate donation requests with the Director of Strategic Project Coordination.
8. Prepare daily VIP forecast budgets in collaboration with the VIP department before each fashion show.
9. Assist in preparing financial information in collaboration with operational teams and financial control.
10. Communicate with business units/zones regarding monthly operation invoicing.

1. Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.

2. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
3. Business partner approach.
4. Bilingual in English and French.
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
6. Knowledge of SAP and Coupa is advantageous.

A minimum of three years of experience in budget management or financial control is required.
