1. Coordinate and animate the team within the boutique or department.
2. Maintain an active presence on the sales floor to guide, support, and energize the team.
3. Organize staff allocation to ensure optimal coverage of sales areas.
4. Manage floor operations based on activity levels, key moments, and commercial priorities set by management.
5. Relay directives, objectives, and operational priorities from management.
6. Ensure warm, personalized customer reception upon boutique entry.
7. Guarantee a seamless customer journey in collaboration with reception, sales, stock, and cashier services.
8. Actively participate in sales with personal targets aligned with the Maison's standards.
9. Support teams in achieving individual and collective objectives.
10. Identify additional sales opportunities and promote exclusive Maison services.
11. Ensure customer well-being in-store, offering a personalized, unforgettable experience.
12. Provide ongoing client follow-up to foster lasting relationships.
13. Train and support team members in sales techniques, service posture, and collection knowledge.
14. Facilitate the integration and skill development of new hires.
15. Organize regular team meetings to share results, celebrate achievements, and strengthen cohesion.
16. Monitor daily performance indicators (sales, productivity, conversion) and communicate them to the team.
17. Oversee stock management, replenishment, and the upkeep of sales spaces.
18. Ensure compliance with operational procedures, presentation standards, and safety regulations.

1. Minimum of 3 years of team management experience in luxury retail.
2. Comprehensive understanding of department operations, commercial management, and team leadership.

2. Sensitivity to fashion and a strong affinity for products.
3. Excellent service and client experience orientation in a boutique setting.
4. Creativity and strong interpersonal skills.
5. Organizational and follow-up capabilities.
6. Fluency in French and English; knowledge of a third language is advantageous.

At least 3 years of experience in team management within the luxury retail sector.
