Christian Dior Boutique Supervisor

- Coordinate and animate the floor and team within the boutique.
- Ensure active presence on the floor to guide, support, and energize the team.
- Organize staff allocation to ensure optimal coverage of sales areas.
- Manage floor operations according to activity levels, peak periods, and commercial priorities set by management.
- Relay directives, objectives, and operational priorities from management.
- Ensure warm, personalized client reception upon boutique entry.
- Guarantee a seamless client journey in collaboration with reception, sales, stock, and cashier services.
- Actively participate in sales with personal objectives aligned with the Maison's standards.
- Support teams in achieving individual and collective goals.
- Identify opportunities for additional sales and highlight the Maison's exclusive services.
- Ensure client well-being in-store and offer a personalized, unforgettable experience.
- Maintain client relationships to foster long-term loyalty.
- Train and mentor staff on sales techniques, service posture, and collection knowledge.
- Facilitate the integration and skill development of new hires.
- Organize regular team meetings to share results, celebrate performance, and strengthen cohesion.
- Monitor daily performance indicators (sales, productivity, conversion) and communicate them to the team.
- Oversee stock management, replenishment, and the upkeep of sales spaces.
- Ensure compliance with operational procedures, presentation standards, and safety regulations.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in team management within the luxury and retail sectors.
- Strong initiative and commercial acumen.
- Sensitivity to the fashion industry and strong product affinity.
- Excellent service and client experience orientation.
- Creativity and strong interpersonal skills.
- Organizational and follow-up capabilities.
- Fluent in French and English; knowledge of a third language is advantageous.
A minimum of 3 years in team management within the luxury and retail sectors is required.
