1. Supervise daily operations within the team, including briefings and team building activities.
2. Manage the integration of new employees and assist in assigning responsibilities.
3. Conduct product training for sales staff.
4. Share ideas and follow up on tasks delegated by the manager.

6. Achieve sales targets by mastering selling techniques and product knowledge.

10. Ensure exceptional customer service and maintain client relationships.

1. Diploma or university degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related discipline.
2. Minimum 5 years of relevant experience with at least 2 years at a supervisory level in the luxury retail industry.

2. Outstanding customer service abilities.
3. Fluency in English.
4. Basic computer proficiency.
5. Professional image with strong sales presentation skills.
6. Ability to build rapport with clients.

A minimum of 5 years in a relevant role, with at least 2 years in a supervisory capacity within the luxury retail sector.
