- 10+ years of boutique management experience.
- Strong understanding of the luxury fashion industry and clientele.
- Ability to develop, motivate, and train leadership and staff.
- Effective delegation and follow-up skills.
- Ability to adjust priorities and manage time in a fast-paced environment.
- Clear and concise communication skills.
