- Manage and coordinate the boutique team to drive sales development in alignment with brand guidelines.
- Ensure an exceptional client experience, embodying the style and image of Christian Dior.
- Optimize sales through client recruitment, public relations, and client loyalty initiatives.
- Develop and maintain a high-quality client network, acting as a brand ambassador and coordinating in-store and local events.
- Monitor sales reports and merchandise needs to maintain appropriate stock levels.
- Oversee window displays and uphold high standards for in-store merchandising.
- Maintain a strong presence on the shop floor to support and lead the team.
- Manage, coach, and train sales staff to enhance their competencies and drive business growth.
- Develop the boutique management team across all product categories.
- Utilize KPIs to drive boutique activity and achieve targets.
- Collaborate closely with the Retail Manager on sales strategies, events, and team management.
- Provide regular reports and analyses to inform business initiatives.
- Collaborate with Finance, buying teams, CRM, Visual Merchandising, HR, and Training to support boutique development.
- Oversee boutique operational activities.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in luxury store management within a retail team management role.
- Proven track record as a local brand ambassador, ensuring excellent client experiences.
- In-depth understanding of local and potential clientele.
- Experience in stock control and providing feedback to buyers.
- Familiarity with store financial reports and budget management.
- Proficiency in working with KPIs and developing action plans.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Team-oriented with the ability to motivate and lead through expertise and charisma.
- Strong sense of service and client entertainment.
- Commercial mindset with a business-driven approach.
- Agility and digital savviness.
- Fluency in Swedish and English; a third language is advantageous.
Candidates must possess a minimum of 10 years of experience in luxury retail management, demonstrating a strong ability to lead teams and drive sales.
