Christian Dior Boutique Manager

- Achieve annual boutique sales goals across all product categories.
- Lead and develop the leadership team and sales associates to exceed client development and sales targets.
- Ensure exceptional client service at all times.
- Conduct regular management meetings to review performance and strategize business development.
- Oversee staffing, scheduling, and compliance with payroll budgets.
- Collaborate with Human Resources for recruitment and hiring of boutique staff.
- Manage payroll, commercial expenses, and headcount to maintain the boutique operating budget.
- Coordinate events with the corporate office to enhance boutique traffic and sales.
- Develop product knowledge in collaboration with merchants and the training team.
- Ensure visual merchandising aligns with brand direction and advertising campaigns.
- Coordinate and participate in in-store promotions, including seasonal sales and trunk shows.
- Report on product sell-through and client feedback to inform merchandising strategies.
- Oversee operational processes in partnership with the operations manager, including shipping, receiving, inventory, and aftersales.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and standards, including security and record-keeping.
- Review operational reports to ensure adherence to company policies and manage store profitability.
- Minimum 10 years of boutique management experience.
- Strong understanding of the luxury fashion industry and clientele.
- Proven ability to develop, motivate, and train staff.
- Effective delegation and follow-up skills.
- Ability to manage time and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Clear and concise communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and follow-through skills.
- Willingness to work full-time, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to travel as needed.
