Christian Dior Boutique Manager

- Achieve annual sales targets across all product categories.
- Lead the management team to develop Sales Associates to exceed individual sales goals and client development.
- Ensure exceptional customer service at all times.
- Conduct regular meetings with management to review performance, operations, and employee relations issues, and to develop overall business strategy.
- Oversee recruitment and scheduling processes, ensuring compliance with payroll budgets.
- Collaborate with Human Resources to supervise the recruitment and hiring of Sales Associates and the Management Team.
- Manage payroll, business expenses, and staffing to maintain the boutique's operating budget.
- Coordinate events with the central office to increase store traffic and enhance sales.
- Develop product knowledge in coordination with merchants and the training team.
- Ensure visual merchandising aligns with brand direction and advertising campaigns.
- Coordinate and actively participate in in-store promotions, including seasonal sales, private presentations, and contests.
- Report on product sales and customer feedback to make recommendations to the merchandising team.
- Oversee all operational processes in partnership with the operations manager, including shipping, receiving, inventory, and after-sales service, to minimize stock losses and improve customer service.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and standards, such as cash and property security, personnel practices, safety, sales, record-keeping procedures, and general store maintenance.
- Review operational reports and documents to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, supervise store profitability, and manage payroll budgets.
- Examine documents related to receiving, transfers, damaged merchandise, returns to vendors, and chargebacks to the central office to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Ensure adequate security and that physical facilities comply with safety codes and ordinances.
- Organize quarterly emergency procedures meetings with all staff and provide updated emergency contact lists to the management team and HR department as needed.
- Resolve issues and develop strategies to support store service, efficiency, and productivity.
- Minimum of 10 years of boutique management experience.
- Strong understanding of the luxury fashion industry and clientele.
- Ability to develop, motivate, and train management and staff, build strong internal and external relationships, and utilize workforce skills to maximize business results.
- Effectively delegate tasks and follow up with department heads.
- Adjust priorities and manage time wisely in a fast-paced environment.
- Communicate clearly, concisely, and understandably, listen attentively, comprehend content, and provide instructions to all employees.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, organizational, and follow-up skills.
- Work full-time, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Travel as necessary.
- Use all necessary equipment to perform the job.
