1. Achieve annual sales targets across all product categories.
2. Lead the management team to develop Sales Associates to exceed individual sales goals and client development.
3. Ensure exceptional customer service at all times.
4. Conduct regular meetings with management to review performance, operations, and employee relations issues, and to develop overall business strategy.
5. Oversee all aspects of recruitment and scheduling of associates, ensuring compliance with payroll budgets.
6. Collaborate with Human Resources to supervise recruitment and hiring of Sales Associates and the boutique's Management Team.
7. Manage payroll, business expenses, and staffing to maintain the boutique's operating budget.
8. Coordinate events with the central office to increase store traffic and enhance sales.
9. Develop product knowledge in coordination with merchants and the training team.
10. Ensure visual merchandising aligns with brand direction and advertising campaigns.
11. Coordinate and actively participate in in-store promotions, including seasonal sales, private presentations, and contests.
12. Report on product sales and customer feedback to make recommendations to the merchandising team.
13. Oversee all operational processes in partnership with the operations manager, including shipping, receiving, inventory, and after-sales service, to minimize stock loss and enhance customer service.
14. Ensure compliance with company policies and standards, such as cash and property security, personnel practices, safety, sales, record-keeping procedures, and general store maintenance.
15. Review operational reports and documents to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, supervise store profitability, and manage payroll budgets.
16. Examine documents related to receiving, transfers, MOS/damaged products, returns to vendors (RTV), and chargebacks to the central office to ensure inventory accuracy.
17. Ensure adequate security and that physical facilities comply with safety codes and ordinances.
18. Organize a quarterly emergency procedures meeting with all staff and provide the updated emergency contact list to the management team and HR department as needed.
19. Resolve issues and develop strategies to support the boutique's service, efficiency, and productivity.

1. Minimum of 10 years of boutique management experience.
2. Strong understanding of the luxury fashion industry and clientele.
3. Ability to develop, motivate, and train the management team and staff, establish strong internal and external relationships, and effectively utilize workforce skills to maximize business results.
4. Effective delegation and follow-up with department heads.
5. Ability to adjust priorities and manage time wisely in a fast-paced environment.
6. Clear, concise, and understandable communication skills, with active listening and instruction capabilities.
7. Excellent interpersonal, communication, organizational, and follow-up skills.
8. Ability to work a full-time schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
9. Willingness to travel if necessary.
10. Proficiency with necessary equipment to perform the job.
