9. Develop product knowledge in collaboration with Merchants and the Training Team.
10. Ensure visual merchandising aligns with brand direction and advertising campaigns.
11. Participate in in-store promotions, including seasonal sales and trunk shows.
12. Lead operational processes with the Operations Manager to minimize stock loss and enhance customer service.
13. Adhere to company policies and standards, ensuring store profitability and compliance.

1. 10+ years of boutique management experience.
2. Strong understanding of the luxury fashion industry and clientele.
3. Ability to develop, motivate, and train leadership teams and staff.
4. Proven ability to build strong internal and external relationships.
5. Effective delegation and follow-up skills with department managers.
6. Ability to adjust priorities and manage time in a fast-paced environment.
