Christian Dior Boutique Manager

- Achieve annual sales goals and manage a sales team to meet targets.
- Provide exceptional customer service and inspire the team to do the same.
- Assign monthly sales goals to associates and review their clientele development.
- Oversee merchandise placement and displays.
- Develop product knowledge for new hires in collaboration with the HR and buying teams.
- Conduct regular management meetings to review performance and strategy.
- Manage staffing, scheduling, and ensure compliance with payroll budgets.
- Partner with HR for recruitment and hiring of boutique employees.
- Conduct orientation, training, and performance assessments for all employees.
- Coordinate and participate in in-store promotions and events.
- Develop and maintain a customer database to enhance sales service.
- Organize events with Head Office to increase store traffic.
- Provide feedback and recommendations to the buying team.
- Coordinate product trainings and launches.
- Optimize stock organization and minimize losses.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and standards.
- Conduct inventory cycle counts and manage store profitability.
- Ensure store security and compliance with safety codes.
- Conduct emergency procedures meetings and maintain updated contact lists.
- Manage commercial expenses and headcount within budget.
- Facilitate communication between the store and Head Office.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role within the luxury fashion industry.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Ability to manage a multi-store network of luxury boutiques.
- Understanding of company policies and procedures.
- Proficiency in human resources directives and documentation.
- Operational proficiency with necessary equipment.
A minimum of 5 years in a managerial role within the luxury fashion sector is required.
