1. Achieve annual sales goals and manage a sales team to meet targets.
2. Provide exceptional customer service and inspire the team to do the same.
3. Assign monthly sales goals to associates and review their clientele development.
4. Oversee merchandise placement and displays.
5. Develop product knowledge for new hires in collaboration with the HR and buying teams.
6. Conduct regular management meetings to review performance and strategy.
7. Manage staffing, scheduling, and ensure compliance with payroll budgets.
8. Partner with HR for recruitment and hiring of boutique employees.
9. Conduct orientation, training, and performance assessments for all employees.
10. Coordinate and participate in in-store promotions and events.
11. Develop and maintain a customer database to enhance sales service.
12. Organize events with Head Office to increase store traffic.
13. Provide feedback and recommendations to the buying team.
14. Coordinate product trainings and launches.
15. Optimize stock organization and minimize losses.
16. Ensure compliance with company policies and standards.
17. Conduct inventory cycle counts and manage store profitability.
18. Ensure store security and compliance with safety codes.
19. Conduct emergency procedures meetings and maintain updated contact lists.
20. Manage commercial expenses and headcount within budget.
21. Facilitate communication between the store and Head Office.

1. Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role within the luxury fashion industry.

2. Ability to manage a multi-store network of luxury boutiques.
3. Understanding of company policies and procedures.
4. Proficiency in human resources directives and documentation.
5. Operational proficiency with necessary equipment.
