1. Drive sales to achieve boutique targets.
2. Set and define sales targets for team members by product categories.
3. Communicate business updates efficiently to the Head Office.
4. Optimize stock levels and sell-through by analyzing trends and liaising with buyers.
5. Ensure all sales representatives provide a warm and elegant welcome to customers.
6. Guarantee quality communication with customers to build trust and loyalty.
7. Maintain a network of relationships with potential and existing customers.
8. Anticipate customer expectations and offer personalized product selections.
9. Maintain regular contact with customers in the store’s database.
10. Manage and participate in high-value sales or VIP customer interactions.
11. Handle difficult situations and find solutions in line with store procedures.
12. Execute Dior’s sales and boutique management policies.
13. Collaborate with HR on recruitment, appraisals, and training.

1. At least 5-8 years of managerial experience in luxury fashion brands.
2. Proficiency in English and Thai; knowledge of Chinese is advantageous.
3. Computer literacy is essential.
