1. Drive sales to achieve boutique targets.
2. Set and define team targets per product category in alignment with boutique budget.
3. Regularly communicate business updates to Head Office.
4. Optimize stock levels and sell-through by staying informed of trends and liaising with buyers.
5. Ensure all sales representatives provide a warm, elegant welcome to customers.
6. Guarantee quality communication with customers to build trust and loyalty.
7. Maintain a network of relationships with potential and existing customers.
8. Anticipate customer expectations and offer tailored product selections.
9. Maintain regular contact with customers in the store’s database.
10. Manage and participate in high-value sales and VIP customer interactions.
11. Resolve difficult situations to customer satisfaction in line with store procedures.
12. Implement Dior’s sales and boutique management policies.
13. Collaborate with HR on recruitment, appraisals, and training.

1. Minimum 5-8 years of managerial experience in luxury fashion brands.
2. Proficiency in English and Thai; knowledge of Chinese is advantageous.
3. Computer literacy is essential.
