- Elegantly welcome and greet each client upon arrival, creating an immediate and positive first impression that embodies the Dior spirit.
- Discreetly ascertain the purpose of the client's visit, directing inquiries and anticipating needs with grace and efficiency.
- Introduce clients to the appropriate Brand Ambassadors, facilitating a personalized and effortless experience.
- Provide exceptional, anticipatory service, exceeding client expectations with a proactive and attentive approach.
- Offer curated tours of the boutique, providing suggested recommendations and insightful assistance.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive knowledge of Dior's collections, services, and heritage, including exclusive spa offerings.
- Demonstrate proficiency in utilizing boutique technology and client management systems.
- Manage boutique traffic with discretion and maintain an orderly and inviting atmosphere.
- Support and participate in special events and clienteling initiatives.
- Support in maintaining highest standards of boutique presentation and ambiance at all times.
- A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in luxury retail, hospitality, or a related client-facing environment.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, based on the needs of the business.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Meticulous attention to detail and a passion for delivering flawless service.
- A polished, poised, and professional demeanor, reflecting the elegance of the House of Dior.
- Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities with grace and composure.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to anticipating and resolving client needs.
- Proficiency in modern technology and client relationship management (CRM) systems.
A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in luxury retail, hospitality, or a related client-facing environment.
Salary range of $18-$23 per hour, plus bonus eligibility, dependent upon relevant skills and experience.
