1. Define and implement the Diorly monthly calendar in alignment with boutique team needs and business priorities.
2. Collaborate with boutique directors to structure staff development programs.
3. Observe sales teams and provide feedback and on-the-spot coaching to ensure adherence to Dior's service, client experience, and standards.
4. Deliver in-boutique training sessions and animate activities for all staff members.
5. Follow up on training programs based on boutique and individual performance results.
6. Collaborate with Regional Training Specialists for training follow-ups, reporting results, and identifying further needs.
7. Conduct consistent check-ups and monitor knowledge implementation through tests and questionnaires.
8. Identify and propose innovative training solutions to the boutique director and the Middle East head of training.

1. Minimum 5 years of experience in a customer service field, preferably within the luxury sector.

1. Fundamental knowledge and skills in training and development activities.
2. Ability to identify and satisfy the needs of internal and external clients.
3. Proficiency in using computer software and applications.
4. Passion, energy, and commitment to meeting and exceeding expectations.

Minimum 5 years of experience in a customer service field, preferably within the luxury sector.
