3. Monitor luxury market trends and consumer behavior to optimize product assortments.
4. Cultivate relationships with VIP clients, partners, and stakeholders.
5. Ensure operational excellence by adhering to internal procedures and policies.
6. Manage inventory, oversee restocking, and ensure attractive product presentation.
7. Collaborate with internal teams for special events and product launches.
8. Maintain high customer service standards, ensuring personalized and exceptional experiences.
9. Set individual and team objectives, monitor performance, and provide regular feedback.
10. Promote a culture of service excellence and high-quality customer interactions.
11. Foster team cohesion, resolve conflicts, and maintain a positive work environment.

1. Minimum of 8 years of experience in team management and boutique operations.
2. Proven leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire.
3. Strong commercial development and performance management skills.
4. Results-oriented with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
5. Ability to work autonomously, make strategic decisions, and solve problems.
6. Fluency in French and English; knowledge of a third language is advantageous.
