1. Drive and enhance sales performance in alignment with Christian Dior's values.
2. Recruit new clients, deliver exceptional customer service, and build customer loyalty.
3. Develop a client network, act as a brand ambassador, and participate in local events.
4. Coordinate in-store events and maintain high standards of visual merchandising.
5. Monitor sales reports and inventory needs to ensure optimal stock levels.
6. Lead and develop the boutique team, focusing on training and performance enhancement.
7. Utilize performance indicators (KPIs) to achieve boutique objectives.
8. Collaborate closely with the general manager on sales, client events, and team management.
9. Provide regular reports and coordinate with finance, purchasing, marketing, visual merchandising, HR, and training teams.
10. Oversee boutique operations.

1. Minimum 7 years of experience in luxury retail and boutique management.
2. Proven experience in team management, stock control, and visual merchandising.
3. Strong brand ambassadorial skills and customer service excellence.
4. Comprehensive understanding of boutique financial and budget management.
5. Proficiency in digital tools.
6. Fluent in French and English; knowledge of a third language is advantageous.
