1. Achieve annual boutique sales goals across all product categories.
2. Lead and develop the leadership team and sales associates to exceed client development and individual sales goals.
3. Ensure exceptional client service at all times.
4. Conduct regular management meetings to review performance, operations, and employee relations, and develop business strategies.
5. Oversee staffing, scheduling, and compliance with payroll budgets.
6. Collaborate with Human Resources for recruitment and hiring of boutique sales and leadership teams.
7. Manage payroll, commercial expenses, and headcount to maintain the boutique operating budget.
8. Coordinate with the corporate office to plan events that increase boutique traffic and sales.
9. Develop product knowledge in collaboration with merchants and the training team.
10. Ensure visual merchandising aligns with brand direction and advertising campaigns.
11. Coordinate and participate in in-store promotions, including seasonal sales, trunk shows, and contests.
12. Report on product sell-through and client feedback to make recommendations to the merchandising team.
13. Lead operational processes in partnership with the operations manager to minimize stock loss and enhance customer service.
14. Ensure compliance with company policies and standards, including security, personnel practices, and record-keeping procedures.
15. Review operational reports to ensure adherence to company policies and manage store profitability.
16. Ensure security and safety compliance of physical facilities.
17. Conduct quarterly emergency procedures meetings and maintain updated emergency contact lists.
18. Develop strategies to enhance the boutique's service, efficiency, and productivity.

1. Minimum 10 years of boutique management experience.
2. Strong understanding of the luxury fashion industry and luxury clientele.
3. Ability to develop, motivate, and train leadership teams and staff.
4. Proven ability to build strong internal and external relationships.
5. Effective delegation and follow-up skills with department managers.
6. Ability to adjust priorities and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
7. Clear and concise communication skills with strong interpersonal abilities.
8. Organizational and follow-through skills.
9. Availability to work full-time, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
10. Willingness to travel as needed.
11. Proficiency in operating all necessary equipment.
