- Achieve annual sales goals across all product categories within the boutique.
- Lead and develop the leadership team to enhance client development and achieve individual sales targets.
- Ensure exceptional client service at all times.
- Conduct regular management meetings to review performance, operations, and employee relations, and to strategize business development.
- Oversee staffing and scheduling of associates, ensuring compliance with payroll budgets.
- Collaborate with Human Resources for recruitment and hiring of the boutique sales and leadership team.
- Manage payroll, commercial expenses, and headcount to maintain the boutique's operating budget.
- Coordinate events with the corporate office to drive traffic and improve sales.
- Enhance product knowledge in collaboration with Merchants and the Training Team.
- Ensure visual merchandising aligns with brand direction and advertising campaigns.
- Participate in in-store promotions, including seasonal sales, trunk shows, and contests.
- Report on product sell-through and client feedback to inform the Merchandising Team.
- Lead operational processes with the Operations Manager to minimize stock loss and enhance customer service.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and standards, including security and record-keeping procedures.
- Review operational reports to ensure adherence to company policies and manage store profitability.
- Ensure security measures and physical facilities align with safety codes.
- Conduct quarterly emergency procedures meetings and update emergency contact lists.
- Develop strategies to enhance the boutique's service, efficiency, and productivity.
- Minimum of 10 years of boutique management experience.
- Strong understanding of the luxury fashion industry and luxury clientele.
- Proven ability to develop, motivate, and train leadership teams and staff.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, organization, and follow-through skills.
- Ability to work a full-time schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
- Proficiency in operating all necessary equipment for the role.
