- Deliver exceptional customer service by embodying core brand values and maintaining integrity in all client interactions.
- Resolve customer inquiries with professionalism and empathy through various communication channels including phone, email, and social media.
- Escalate complex customer issues to supervisors to ensure satisfactory resolution.
- Adhere to Dior's policies and processes in all customer communications.
- Demonstrate brand awareness and product knowledge in client interactions.
- Achieve and exceed sales goals and KPIs, including case management, sales targets, quality assurance, productivity, and schedule adherence.
- Propose innovative solutions to enhance customer satisfaction and share successful strategies with the team.
- Accurately input data into Diorlink and update the SCRM database as necessary.
- Foster strong working relationships within the Dior network.
- Engage in e-clienteling by performing outbound contacts to drive sales and resolve client issues.
- Collaborate with the entire Client Services Center team.
- Previous experience in luxury customer service, preferably in retail, hotel, or concierge sectors.
- Fluency in English and French.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong sales negotiation abilities.
- Customer-first mindset.
- High motivation and energy, with an inspirational team spirit.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Knowledge of Salesforce is advantageous.
Minimum of 3 years in a luxury customer service role.
