1. Welcome and serve clients according to restaurant procedures.
2. Advise clients on cocktail and spirit selections to enhance sales.
3. Ensure optimal client satisfaction throughout service.
4. Promote the venue and its culinary events.
5. Set up, manage, and oversee the assigned sales area.
6. Manage stock and supply for the sales point.
7. Prepare and serve cocktails and various beverages upon request.
8. Take orders, transmit them, and serve dishes and drinks as per restaurant protocols.
9. Clear and reset tables.
10. Present bills and process payments following restaurant procedures.
11. Promote the various services and products available at 30 Montaigne.
12. Perform cleaning tasks according to restaurant procedures.
13. Supervise assigned personnel.
14. Participate in inventory management.
15. Manage linen setup, renewal, and supply.
16. Assist in managing the wine cellar.
17. Contribute to the creation and evolution of the bar menu.
18. Facilitate internal communication within the service.
19. Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and alcohol and tobacco consumption regulations.
20. Report any 'abnormal' situations concerning safety or accident risks to management.

1. Minimum 5 years of experience in luxury hospitality as a Barman.

2. Proficiency in French and English; a third language is advantageous.
3. Creativity in beverage promotion and creation.
4. Organizational and anticipatory capabilities.
5. Attention to detail and service excellence.
