1. Welcome and serve customers in the restaurant, café, and patisserie at the flagship location on Avenue Montaigne.
2. Advise clients on cocktail and spirit selections, ensuring optimal customer satisfaction throughout the service.
3. Promote the venue and its culinary events, enhancing the brand's presence.
4. Set up, manage, and oversee the designated area of the venue, including stock management.
5. Prepare cocktails and various beverages upon customer request.
6. Take and relay orders, ensuring efficient service of food and drinks.
7. Clear and reset tables, present bills, and handle payments according to restaurant procedures.
8. Promote available services and products at 30 Montaigne.
9. Perform cleaning tasks following restaurant protocols.
10. Supervise assigned staff and participate in inventory management.
11. Manage linen setup, renewal, and supply.
12. Contribute to the development and evolution of the bar menu.
13. Communicate effectively within the service team and report any safety or accident risks to management.
14. Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and alcohol consumption regulations.

1. Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Barman in a luxury establishment.
2. Fluency in French and English; knowledge of a third language is advantageous.
