Christian Dior Associate Manager, Personalization and Repairs

- Serve as the primary contact for personalization requests, ensuring compliance with company guidelines.
- Accurately and efficiently personalize a range of products based on established company standards.
- Liaise with Central to update pertinent information with boutiques and relevant departments.
- Support continuous training with MX atelier and future rollouts.
- Monitor and prioritize personalization orders according to boutique needs, ensuring timely completion.
- Operate a multi-head embroidery machine, ensuring proper maintenance and safety.
- Manage the end-to-end personalization process for embroidery projects.
- Ensure all Dior standards are upheld and report issues to the Aftersales Manager.
- Gain knowledge of software and lettering systems, adhering to SOPs and quality control.
- Handle administrative duties related to projects, including shipping and order management.
- Adapt to new skills and processes with the expansion of personalization offerings.
- Collaborate with dedicated teams to maintain a seamless, high-quality service experience.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a technical environment, preferably in luxury goods.
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
- Fluent in English; Spanish proficiency is a plus.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
- Adaptable and flexible to changing priorities.
- Proven technical skills in repairs.
Minimum 5 years in a technical environment, preferably within the luxury goods sector.
