Responsibilities
- Develop and create training materials to ensure the knowledge level of Customer Service teams on digital tools, procedures, and Dior creations.
- Assist in the operational management of escalation cases to top management.
- Participate in community engagement activities such as newsletters, workshops, challenges, and seminars.
- Contribute to the reflection and deployment of new strategic projects and cross-functional projects involving Customer Service.
- Conduct competitive analysis on new experiences, tools, services, and inspirations that Dior Customer Service could integrate.
- Perform other tasks related to the Customer Relations Service based on department projects and events.
Qualifications
- Business school or university degree (Bac +4/5)
- Interest in new technologies and the fashion industry
- Ability to work in a multicultural environment
- Excellent interpersonal skills
Skills
- Versatile, rigorous, creative, and open-minded
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of Salesforce Service Cloud is a plus
- Fluent in English (C1-C2 level)
